Our recreational lacrosse program, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, proudly serves as the official feeder system for the men’s lacrosse teams at North Forsyth and East Forsyth High Schools.

Our mission is to develop every athlete to their highest potential—no matter their starting skill level. We emphasize building strong lacrosse fundamentals, deepening each player’s “Lacrosse IQ,” and teaching the game the right way. Our coaching approach balances competitive strategy with equitable playing time, ensuring advanced players are challenged while all athletes have meaningful opportunities to grow. We believe in respecting the dignity of every player and helping them recognize their own strengths, confidence, and self-worth.

We offer multiple youth teams from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with Fall and Spring seasons typically running August–October and January–April.
